Parents and carers now have the flexibility to book appointments at a time that suits them, without needing to wait for a call-back or navigate complex systems. This has led to a noticeable increase in clinic utilisation and reduced missed appointments. 

Early trends using EBO’s Virtual Assistant show a 12.43% reduction in DNA rates for our pilot services, around 249 fewer missed appointments per year. Rolled out more widely, this could mean roughly 3,764 fewer DNAs annually, improving patient experience, saving staff time, and reducing costs.

I think where we really found the stress is on the admin.
