The Rio VA integration enables real-time, round-the-clock access to patient records—allowing data to be extracted, added, or updated across multiple areas of the EPR. It intelligently adapts to the requirements of different specialties within the Trust, using built-in business logic to control access. For example, blocking patients from amending their appointments 24 hours in advance of the booking.
