- Former NHSE Director and NHS Chief Executive, Richard has been at the forefront of patient portal development since their inception—leading the original rollout across NHS acute settings. Now serving as EBO’s Director of Healthcare, he continues to shape the future of digital health, driving the conversation on AI-powered patient portals.
- As a leader in organisational dynamics and project management, John ensures that every initiative at EBO stays focused on delivering tangible benefits.
