• With a proven track record in digital transformation, Simon led the national rollout of NHS England’s Digital Waiting List Validation programme and served as Regional Lead for the Mobile First “Patient Engagement Portals” initiative across North East and Yorkshire. His experience brings valuable insight and depth to the roundtable discussion.

• Former NHSE Director and NHS Chief Executive, Richard has been at the forefront of patient portal development since their inception—leading the original rollout across NHS acute settings. Now serving as EBO’s Director of Healthcare, he continues to shape the future of digital health, driving the conversation on AI-powered patient portals.

• As a leader in organisational dynamics and project management, John ensures that every initiative at EBO stays focused on delivering tangible benefits. In his role as CTO, he provides strategic direction, drives critical thinking and decision-making, and fosters clear, cohesive communication across teams.
