Rewired 2025: What Was It All About?

EBO was thrilled to participate in the UK’s largest digital health expo, Digital Health Rewired 2025.

Over two action-packed days, we connected with healthcare leaders, demonstrated our AI-driven solutions, and explored how technology is transforming patient engagement, optimising workflows, and delivering real impact across the NHS.

But the conversations don’t end here. Here’s a full recap of our experience at Rewired 2025—including event highlights, exclusive content, and key takeaways from our time at the event.

Here’s what we brought to this year’s event:

• Live AI Demonstrations

Witnessing our AI in action, attendees could see firsthand how our technology enhances patient engagement, streamlines processes, and boosts operational efficiency. We showcased our AI-powered digital front doors and automated workflows, demonstrating how these tools can revolutionise the way healthcare systems operate.

Our Virtual Assistant technology seamlessly integrates into NHS systems, offering:

• Expert Insights

EBO’s Healthcare Strategy Director and Former NHSE Director, Richard Samuel, took the stage to discuss the future of digital patient engagement. He highlighted how poorly designed technology can lead to inefficiencies and staff burnout and emphasised the effectiveness of Conversational AI solutions for healthcare. He stated that this technology genuinely improves accessibility and care quality. Read Richard’s full insights here.

Of course, our powerful team was there too: Matt Pinder, Healthcare Account Director, James Neal, Chief Revenue Officer, Bob Gilkes, Chief Commercial Officer, John Deguara, Chief Operations Officer and Nikki Schinas, Head of Marketing Communications.

We had some amazing conversations with attendees, focusing on how Conversational AI can support both patients and staff, solving key challenges within NHS.

• Real NHS Case Studies

We highlighted real success stories from our collaboration with 19 NHS Trusts, demonstrating how EBO’s AI-powered solutions are already making a tangible impact.

Ben Rigg, Director of Digital at Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust, also showcased EBO’s solution in his ‘Digital Innovations in Mental Health Care’ talk. He expanded on how EBO’s Virtual Assistant, developed in partnership with Access Health and Local Government, is transforming the way the trust carries out patient assessments for better patient care. By shifting to automation, the trust has improved efficiency, provided patients with choice, and significantly cut costs.

• Great to Reconnect with Our Partners, Clients and Friends

Rewired 2025 was a fantastic opportunity to engage with our valued partners, clients and thought leaders in the industry, including Microsoft, Wellola, and The Access Group.

We had some really insightful conversations about the use of AI in healthcare, the importance of quality patient engagement and the power of working together. Our partnerships allow us to collaborate with like-minded organisations and integrate our technology to enhance health tech systems and push the AI industry forward – for the better!

What’s Next?
