EBO and Digital Evolution Consulting (DEC) announce strategic partnership

EBO, an international expert in citizen and patient engagement powered by Artificial Intelligence automation, enters into a strategic partnership with Digital Evolution Consulting (DEC), a Consulting & Advisory firm specialising in local government and public health digital transformation.

Through this partnership both companies aim to support ICBs and Local Authorities in addressing health inequalities and integrating services for enabling citizen engagement and increasing digital inclusion in healthcare.

Combining DEC’s digital public sector ecosystem consulting experience with EBO’s AI-powered Virtual Assistant technology, the focus will be in dramatically improving the citizen’s contact experience and significantly increase Local Authority and NHS Trust’s efficiency levels. The key output of this collaboration will be to enable organisations to consolidate multifaceted entry and service points into a highly effective digital ‘front door’. This will deliver accessible, multi-lingual, personalised self-service for citizens to engage with their local councils in a transactional basis or for manging their own health and vital needs.

This complementary strategic alliance brings forward extensive experience of working with public sector organisations in AI automation and digital transformation, such as Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust, Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, East London NHS Foundation Trust, Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Southwark Council and more.

Commenting on this strategic partnership, Dr. Gege Gatt, CEO at EBO said: “We are proud to engage in this relationship with DEC in London. We believe that this is a perfect fit offering assistance to organisations that seek to make their first steps in AI automation, aiming to increase operational efficiency and deliver excellence in customer experience.”

Furthermore, Mr. Gandhi, Director and Head of Transformation stated that: “We are delighted to have this opportunity to work with EBO. Automating workflows and processing information with precision and speed whilst maintaining the human touch is key to meet and even exceed clients’ needs.”

Following a holistic approach to technology investment and implementation, EBO and DEC are inviting organisations to apply to the EBO Health Skunkworks (EHS), an innovation fund for healthcare organisations. A £10M fund that aims to support up to 20 new projects in citizen and patient engagement automation powered by conversational AI technology.
