We are pleased to announce that EBO has been named as a supplier to the UK Government’s G-Cloud 15 framework, providing public sector organisations with an established route to access EBO’s AI-powered patient engagement solution.
What does EBO’s appointment mean?
EBO has been appointed in “Lot 2b: Software as a Service (SaaS)” which covers software that is hosted in the cloud and accessed online. This means eligible public sector organisations can now consider EBO’s AI-powered digital solutions through the G-Cloud 15 framework; a compliant and efficient procurement route.
The appointment represents an important milestone for EBO as we continue to support organisations in adopting AI to enhance service delivery, increase operational efficiency, improve accessibility to healthcare services and provide an enhanced patient experience.
How can EBO support public sector organisations?
From managing complex self-assessments to complete appointment management, EBO’s AI patient engagement solution enables organisations to automate and manage a wide range of routine tasks, conversations and enquiries across multiple channels, in over 100 languages.
Now serving 19 NHS Trusts and integrating seamlessly with EPRs and the NHS app, EBO offers a patient-centric experience across the Integrated Care System.
EBO’s healthcare solutions are co-designed with clinicians, informed by patient feedback, and continuously improved through pooled learning across public health systems and NHS deployments: ensuring every Trust benefits from a system that is not just intelligent, but proven, safe, and equitable.
As EBO’s CEO, Dr Gege Gatt, commented:
What happens next?
G-Cloud 15 provides access to a broad range of cloud technology services for the public sector, including central government, local authorities, NHS organisations and other eligible public sector bodies.
Organisations looking to explore how AI and intelligent automation can support their digital transformation and operational priorities can now engage with EBO through the G-Cloud 15 framework, subject to individual call-off agreements.
We look forward to working with public sector organisations across the UK and supporting them in delivering more efficient, accessible and digitally enabled services.
